"We called ahead two weeks in advanced and reserved two suits that were to be fernished with fireplaces in each and were to be rooms next to eachother. Instead we were put in two rooms across the hall from eachother, charged for the more expensive rooms and were not given a refund. The rooms we were given did not hold the things we requested and we were told that we had not reserved any rooms. We asked to be put next door to eachother and were told he would do his best. Calling ahead at this hotel Does nothing for you and will only cause frustration and stress. The customer service was short and lazy."
